Owner/Hearing Instrument Specialist
Amy Smith has been working in the hearing aid industry for the past 14 years and attained her hearing aid fitting and dispensing license in 2009. Amy is currently a member of the Hearing Aid Dealers Association and the Hearing Healthcare Alliance. Amy purchased Christopherson & Clark Hearing Center in 2012 and has since changed the name of the business to Cincinnati Hearing Center. She is committed to ensuring the same level of personalized care and service that you have come to expect from this office. “I felt changing the name to Cincinnati Hearing Center allowed us to encompass the full range of services we provide. I am dedicated to continuing strong relationships with patients, physicians, and community groups.”

Office Manager
Juliann joined the Cincinnati Hearing Center staff in the fall of 2016 and is responsible for all scheduling and billing. She is a lifelong West Sider and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Juliann works very hard to ensure the efficiency of our office, handling many of the daily behind-the scenes tasks. She greets our patients in a friendly and professional manner, and always has a smile on her face.
